Who is liable if something goes wrong?
SurgIV carries full malpractice and general liability insurance. We operate as an independent licensed provider, so clinical responsibility rests entirely with us — never the club.
Does the club need any special permits or health-department approval?
No. SurgIV holds the medical licensing and registrations required to operate in Florida. We handle all regulatory compliance; the club simply hosts us in a private space.
What if a member has an adverse reaction?
Reactions are rare and typically mild. Every session is run by a licensed RN under physician oversight, with screening beforehand and emergency protocols and supplies on hand for the unlikely event one occurs.
What does it cost the club?
Nothing. There is no setup fee, no staffing cost, and no equipment to buy. The club provides space and access; members pay for their own treatments directly.
What space and setup do you need?
A private, clean room or cabana with seating and a power outlet is all it takes. We bring everything else — chairs, supplies, and a discreet, spa-like setup.
Who administers the treatments?
Licensed registered nurses, every time — never technicians. All protocols are formulated and overseen by our board-certified medical director.
Are the treatments safe and FDA-compliant?
Yes. We use pharmaceutical-grade ingredients from licensed compounding pharmacies, and every member completes a health screening and consent before treatment.
How do members book and pay?
Members book and pay through SurgIV directly — online or on-site. The club never handles scheduling, billing, or payments.
Is member health information kept private?
Completely. All intake and medical records are handled confidentially by SurgIV in line with healthcare privacy standards. No member health data is ever shared with the club.
How often would you come, and how is it scheduled?
We start with a single complimentary event, then set a cadence that fits your calendar — often weekly or biweekly — based on member demand.
Does this compete with our existing dining or wellness services?
No — it complements them. SurgIV adds a wellness amenity most clubs don't offer, giving members one more reason to spend time (and stay) at the club.
What happens at the first event?
We arrive, set up a polished member experience, and treat interested members at no cost or obligation to the club. You simply watch the response and decide whether to continue.
